Shipping & Returns

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgment confirming we have received your request.

After your items have been prepared for dispatch and payment has been processed, a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.

All orders are shipped via Tracked & Signed delivery services to ensure secure receipt.

Estimated delivery windows:

• 3 to 5 business day

International delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may vary during high-volume periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

For international shipments, applicable duties, taxes, and import fees may be prepaid at checkout to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Where prepayment is not available, local customs authorities may request payment upon arrival.

Certain regional restrictions may apply depending on carrier capabilities or regulatory requirements.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided by email. You may also view the status of your order at any time by logging into your Forza Collective Account → My Orders.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to:

• Carrier or customs processing
• Weather conditions
• High-demand periods

If a significant delay occurs, our Client Services team will contact you with updated information.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately.

Once you receive your Shipping Confirmation, we are typically unable to cancel or amend the order.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Free of marks, makeup, scents, or damage
• Packaged with all original labels, hangtags, and protective materials

Forza Collective reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Special-order or made-to-order pieces
• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Securely repackage your item and drop it off with the designated carrier.

You will receive confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt at our facility for your refund to be processed.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

At this time, Forza Collective does not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please submit a return and place a new order.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact Client Services within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
